Get a return
Our customer service agent will provide you with an RAN (return authorization number) for your return
along with further information to complete your return. Please write the RAN number on your return label. Packages
received without this number are subject to a restocking fee.

Please send the package via insured courier or mail service to protect yourself
in the unlikely event that the package is damaged or lost in transit. The
returned item must be new and unused and must be shipped with all of its
original packaging and enclosed materials. Shoppingsense.ca is not responsible
for loss or damages occurred during the shipment of a returned item.
As soon as we have received the returned merchandise, we will
refund you the full purchase price of the product. We will refund the purchase
price in a payment method equivalent to the method used for purchase.
