1) The upgrade
policy only applies to diamond engagement rings.
2) The upgrade
policy maybe used for one upgrade for each diamond engagement ring purchase.
3) The new
purchase amount must be equal to or greater then the original purchase
amount.
4) A new 30 day return
policy shall apply to the new upgraded ring and shall cover only the
upgraded dollar amount. In a case where the customer is not satisfied with
the new upgraded ring, they will have 30 days to return the item and shall
receive a refund for the upgraded amount along with the original ring.
Example:
Original ring purchase amount $2000.00, the new upgraded ring amount
$3000.00, the customer is eligible for a refund of $1000.00.
5) The customer is
responsible for the return shipping & insurance fees for the original ring.
6) The customer is
responsible for the shipping, insurance & charge cost along with a labor charge of $40.00
(Canadian $'s) for the new upgraded ring.
